ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Linda S. Chandler
Linda has spent over 30 years working in various areas of Loan Servicing, with emphasis on Escrow Administration and Foreclosure Processing. She was a department manager at different companies over the years.
She is the author of the “Handbook of Escrow Procedures” published in 1996 by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and an updated version published in March 2001.
Linda is also the author of the material used by the MBA for a web based training course and written correspondence course on “Insurance Processing”.

Judy also has over 30 years experience in the mortgage industry. She has managed several departments including: Shipping, Customer Service, Cashiers, Collections, Foreclosures and Bankruptcies.
